Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team in a hybrid role (3 days in office). You will partner with HR Business Partners to deliver HR programs, employee relations, talent processes, and day-to-day operations while fostering a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include data integrity in HRIS, performance processes, and HR project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of HR experience in roles such as Generalist, Coordinator, or Specialist.
• Demonstrated detail orientation, responsiveness, and strong communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in Workday or Dayforce HRIS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR questions.
• Process onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to support business objectives.
• Maintain data integrity in Workday/Dayforce systems.
• Assist with performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
