Old Trapper Smoked Products Inc. in Forest Grove, OR is hiring a Sr. HR Generalist to support a growing manufacturing workforce.

The role is onsite at 4071 24th Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116 and offers a full-time schedule with competitive pay ($75,000–$85,000 DOE) and comprehensive benefits. You will partner with the HR Director to strengthen HR operations, administer benefits, oversee safety and compliance, and promote a positive employee experience across a large facility in the US.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and support.
• Coordinate employee relations matters and workplace investigations with the HR Director.
• Assist with investigation documentation, follow-up, communication, and recordkeeping.
• Support internal and customer audits related to I-9s, timekeeping, safety, and employment practices.
• Assist with benefits programs and workers' compensation processes.
• Partner with trainer on onboarding, training coordination, and job description development.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation remains compliant.
