This hands-on role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 3-5 years HR experience in manufacturing, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience; the position is full-time onsite with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years' progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a manufacturing workforce.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, required.
• SHRM or PHR Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and support.
• Partner with the HR Director to coordinate employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Assist with investigation documentation, follow-up, communication, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate internal and customer-driven audits, including compliance reviews (I-9s, timekeeping, safety).
• Support employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related questions.
• Assist with workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
• Collaborate with the Trainer on onboarding, training coordination, and job descriptions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation remains compliant and up to date.

• Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE
• Location: Onsite at 4071 24th Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Position Overview

As our Sr. HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in supporting employees and strengthening HR operations across our growing organization. Working closely with the HR Director, you'll serve as a trusted resource for employees, help coordinate employee relations matters, support compliance and audit activities, administer benefits and workers' compensation programs, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, visibility across the business, and the opportunity to help shape HR processes in one of the largest manufacturing facilities of its kind in the US.

A Typical Day May Consist Of

• Serving as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and support
• Partnering with the HR Director to coordinate employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Assisting with investigation documentation, follow-up, communication, and recordkeeping
• Coordinating internal and customer-driven audits, including compliance reviews related to I-9s, timekeeping, safety, and employment practices
• Supporting employee benefits programs and assisting employees with benefits-related questions
• Supporting workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes
• Partnering with the Trainer on onboarding activities, training coordination, and job description development
• Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring HR documentation remains compliant and up to date
• Promoting employee engagement initiatives, company events, and a positive workplace culture
• Collaborating with HR team members to improve processes, streamline procedures, and support organizational growth
• Assisting with additional HR initiatives and projects as business needs evolve
