Job summary

Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. is seeking aSenior HR Generalist to own the day-to-day design, administration, and execution of Navia's employee benefits programs across a multi-state footprint.

You will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers throughout the lifecycle, ensuring compliant, well-communicated programs while collaborating with HR leadership. The role also covers multi-state payroll support, leave management, and complex employee relations, with a focus on policy development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• 5+ years HR Generalist with benefits administration
• Experience with multi-state payroll processes
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle administration of Navia's health, welfare, and voluntary benefits programs.
• Partner with Payroll and brokers on plan design, renewals, and benchmarking.
• Lead open enrollment planning and execution, including communications and audits.
