DingoBlu Financial Inc is hiring a Senior HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle at our Charlotte HQ. This hands-on role supports a 30-40 headcount in a fast-growing neobank environment, balancing regulatory requirements with practical HR operations.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations, while maintaining compliant HR policies and records. Prior banking/credit union experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and policy administration.
• Experience supporting HR functions at a bank, credit union, or other regulated financial services company is strongly preferred.
• Solid working knowledge of federal and North Carolina employment law (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, at-will employment, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for a growing organization.
• Experience coaching managers through performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and difficult employee conversations.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles: postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Own end-to-end onboarding including offers, background checks, I-9, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
• Administer and maintain the employee handbook, policies, and SOPs per federal and state laws.
• Coordinate performance review cycles: goal setting, mid-year checks, and annual evaluations.
• Investigate employee relations issues and coordinate disciplinary actions with management.
