The role emphasizes collaboration, policy stewardship, and confidential handling of personnel records, with opportunities to drive performance management and leadership development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Ten years of related industrial/manufacturing employee relations experience with at least three years Generalist experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with five years HR experience and at least two years Generalist experience; or alternative combinations from the list.
• Master’s degree with three years HR experience and at least two years Generalist experience; or four years with three years Generalist experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the sole representative during arbitration, appeals, and open-door processes to settle disputes with employees.
• Lead employment and compliance-based investigations.
• Collaborate with site HR and Operations leadership to advise on HR and labor regulatory issues; mentor/supervise others.
