Kraft Heinz Fremont Factory is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist for onsite manufacturing.

You will drive people initiatives to shape and execute bold people strategies, partnering with talent acquisition for onsite hiring and leading culture transformation at a 400-employee union site. The role requires onsite presence Monday-Friday with some extended hours; responsibilities include employee relations, compliance, analytics, and TPM labor relations in a high-visibility operation with

**MinimumRequirements:**

• 5+Years of ExperienceinHRsupporting hourly employeesand cross functional partnerswithina manufacturing environment.

• Strong eye for business, project management, and technicalproficiencyinworkplace technology and systems (eg.Workday,Dayforce,Indeavor,MSOffice Suite,etc)

• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights

• Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

• Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills, leadingchangethrough others.

• Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,and the abilitytomanage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
