Job summary

McKesson, a Fortune 10 healthcare leader, seeks a Senior HR Enablement Specialist to partner with HRBPs across portfolios. You will translate HRBP direction into strategic delivery, manage cyclical enterprise processes, and advance AI-enabled HR analytics to strengthen HRBP support.

Based in Alpharetta, GA, you will run HR programs, design org changes, analyze workforce data with Workday and Power BI, and influence senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years in HR operations, program coordination, or HR support roles.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS (Workday) and reporting tools (Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and measure HR program effectiveness.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex information clearly.
• Ability to navigate HR operating models with limited guidance.
• Curiosity and comfort with AI-enabled HR technologies and digital tools.
• Proven ability to operate across large, matrixed business units with strategic continuity.

Responsibilities

• Execute cyclical HR programs for complex client groups with minimal guidance.
• Lead execution of HR processes across matrixed units, translating HRBP direction into actionable plans.
• Facilitate HR sessions (Talent Review, Performance & Development, org design reviews).
• Prepare data pulls and analyze workforce impacts; ensure accurate HRIS delivery.
• Coordinate change management and adoption across HRBP portfolios.
• Support workplace experience and culture initiatives with HRBPs and COEs.
• Contribute to workforce planning and strategic capability insights.
• Provide transformation coordination and AI-enabled HR analytics support.
• Run and analyze Workday reports and Power BI dashboards for insights.
