Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible HR experience including payroll, benefits, and HRIS.
• SHRM/PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR department, ensure compliance across all HR functions.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and background checks.
• Administer payroll processing, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
• Maintain accreditation-ready HR records and reporting.
