Job summary

R&L Spring Company and Medicoil seeks an HR Director to lead human resources strategy across three plants and 265+ employees, aligning talent, payroll, benefits, and development with business goals.

You will serve as a senior advisor to the executive team, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, and culture, while ensuring compliance and effective HR operations company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including strategic and operational responsibilities in multi-site environments.
• 3+ years of senior leadership or supervisory experience developing HR talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish HR objectives aligned with business priorities and lead HR, payroll, and benefits strategies.
• Advise CFO and leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Lead performance management cycles and leadership development initiatives across the enterprise.
• Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development with executive leadership.
