Job summary

Flynn Pizza Hut is seeking an accomplished Human Resources Director to serve as the senior HR leader across a multi-unit, nationwide operation. You will partner with the Brand President and senior leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies, build leadership pipelines, and drive culture and engagement across Flynn Pizza Hut locations.

The role requires executive presence, confidentiality, and the ability to influence leaders to achieve measurable business and talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years in multi-unit hospitality or high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience leading HR business partners and field HR professionals.
• Track record of delivering retention, leadership development, and internal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRBP team and partner with senior operations leadership.
• Develop internal leadership pipelines and succession plans.
• Drive culture, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
• Roll out brand-wide HR programs and change initiatives.
