Job summary

Flynn Pizza Hut is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director to serve as the senior HR leader across a multi-unit brand. You will partner with the Brand President and executive team to drive organizational effectiveness, culture, succession planning, and workforce strategy.

You will lead field HR, talent development, and employee relations, delivering measurable business and talent outcomes while aligning with Flynn Group goals and the Pizza Hut portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a multi-unit, complex environment.
• Strong track record in talent management and succession planning.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving organizational capability.
