Job summary

Amer Sports is seeking a Senior Data Engineer - HR for its office in Garching near Munich. You will build the data foundations powering workforce insights for employees worldwide by connecting Workday, learning platforms and other HR systems into a scalable analytics ecosystem.

In this role you design modern HR data pipelines, drive privacy and data governance, enable insightful analytics with Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud, and collaborate with HR stakeholders globally to translate

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering.
At least 2 years working with HR systems, ideally Workday.
Experience handling GDPR personal data.
Experience integrating HR systems in international environments.
Advanced SQL for data modelling and analysis.
Python, PySpark, or pandas for data engineering.
Workday APIs including REST and RaaS.
Building scalable cloud-based data pipelines and data marts.
Implementing row-level security, data masking and access controls.
Git-based development workflows and CI/CD practices.
HR reporting using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar.

Responsibilities
