Seeking a seasoned SAP Developer/Architect with 7+ years' experience in SAP and S/4HANA, strong ABAP Cloud, RAP/CAP, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, BTP, and DevOps. You’ll mentor teams, collaborate with partners, and drive modern SAP development practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP development in complex environments.
• Strong SAP SCM knowledge incl. S/4HANA & transformation programs.
• Experience with international teams and external partners.
• Hands-on with ABAP Objects, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, CDS Views, Fiori/UI5, OData, BAdIs.
• Familiar with SAP BTP, Clean Core, DevOps, and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution design across SAP SCM domains (EWM, MM, TD).
• Translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Create/ review technical specs for developments.

Tasks

• Technical Development Lead technical solution design across SAP SCM domains, including EWM, MM, Distribution, TM, Procurement, and Production.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Create and review technical specifications for complex developments and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects and functional consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Modern SAP Development & BTP Design and develop applications and extensions using SAP BTP and modern SAP development approaches.
• Drive the adoption of Clean Core principles and modern extensibility concepts.
• Apply technologies such as ABAP Cloud, RAP/CAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP Build.
• Establish development standards and reusable frameworks for future SAP solutions.
• Technical Leadership & Innovation Embrace AI‑assisted software engineering and leverage AI to improve productivity, quality, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor developers and contribute to architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Act as a senior technical expert within the SAP development community.
• Partner Collaboration Guide external development partners and system integrators, ensuring alignment with architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP development experience in complex SAP environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management processes and solutions.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and transformation programs.
• Experience collaborating with international teams and external partners.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP development technologies, including: ABAP Objects & ABAP Cloud RAP & CAP CDS Views SAP Fiori / UI5 OData Services BAdIs and Enhancement Framework BRF+ and workflow technologies.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Build, Clean Core principles, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development tools is considered an advantage.
• Ability to take ownership and strive for excellence in how work is planned, executed, and improved.
• Interest in emerging SAP, cloud, and AI technologies.
• A pragmatic, curious approach to challenges with a focus on meaningful impact.
