Michigan State University is seeking an experienced HR systems and data professional to serve as an advanced functional and technical resource supporting Time Management and Payroll within HRIT.

This role independently supports enterprise HR operations through requirements analysis, solution design, testing, system configuration, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives that ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of employee time and payroll data.

Qualifications

• Requires four-year degree and 3–5 years enterprise HR or ERP experience.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into functional design.
• Experience leading testing, implementations, upgrades, or process changes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze complex business requirements for Time Management and Payroll.
• Lead requirements gathering, design, and testing activities.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across environments.
• Troubleshoot high-priority payroll/time issues and communicate impacts.
• Coordinate with vendors and campus stakeholders on integrations.
