This role collaborates with HR leaders, technical teams, and campus stakeholders to design, configure, test, and support enterprise HR solutions that ensure data integrity and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, MIS or related field; 3–5 years ERP/HR system experience.
• Experience with SAP HCM Organizational Management and PA.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OM/PA processes, data, workflows, and HR applications.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and stabilization.
• Evaluate dependencies and downstream impacts for enhancements.
• Design and execute comprehensive testing strategies.
• Analyze defects and coordinate resolution across teams.
• Troubleshoot high-impact HR system issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Advise HR partners and stakeholders on HR systems.
• Mentor junior analysts and support process improvement.
