Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional analyst for SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll and HR stakeholders to document and validate requirements.
• Troubleshoot time management, payroll, and data issues and propose solutions.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, test scripts, and functional specs.
• Design and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
