Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, MIS, or related field
• 1–3 years of related experience in business,functional area and/or enterprise software development/testing
• Experience with SAP HCM or S/4HANA knowledge of time management and payroll

Responsibilities

• Support SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll processes and related data
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements
• Design and execute testing activities (unit/integration/regression)
• Develop and maintain functional documentation and specifications
• Validate payroll data and ensure compliance with procedures and schedules
• Support payroll cycles, upgrades, and HR technology projects affecting time/pay processes
• Communicate status and issues to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and better data quality
