Job summary
Walgreens is seeking a Senior Analyst in HR Data & Analytics to partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to deliver workforce reporting, analytics, and insights that guide strategic decisions. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and/or an HRIS function or High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years in HR/HRIS.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
- Knowledge of HR metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount).
- Experience with confidentiality requirements in HR.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex data analysis, reporting, metrics, and insights to support HR analytics needs.
- Deliver trends, benchmarking, predictive modeling, and cost data to HR users in an accessible format.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources.
- Perform data quality checks and resolve data issues.
- Support HR Business Partners with data-driven insights and recommendations.
