Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent education/experience accepted.
• Four+ years as data/research analyst with statistical methods and report prep.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and databases.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power Query, PeopleSoft Query, SQL, Tableau, R, SPSS, SAS, AWS Quick or similar tools.
• Experience developing reports and visualizations using Tableau or AWS Quick.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update reports and dashboards on employee data for system-wide priorities.
• Generate employment forecasts and projections from analyses.
• Respond to ad hoc HR data requests from internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and modify CIRS and PeopleSoft reports from multiple data sources.
• Extract and report on large datasets using SQL, Excel, Tableau, and other tools.
