Job summary

The University of Missouri System is seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant, Learning and Organizational Development to design, deliver and continuously improve learning experiences that build leadership and supervisory capability across the UM System.

This role will support the development and scaling of compliance-focused supervisor training programs, targeted supervisor communications, key staff development initiatives and flagship leadership programming, while managing executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in HR consulting or related roles.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale system-wide supervisor training and compliance curricula.
• Consult supervisors on implementation of policies and practices.
• Design and facilitate live training in virtual and in-person formats.
• Create supervisor communications translating policies into actionable guidance.
• Plan and facilitate flagship leadership development programs.
• Coordinate external executive coaching services and vendors.
• Lead content for a biannual system-wide staff development event.
