Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search seeks a seasoned HR compliance leader to guide employment law compliance across a national, hybrid environment. The role informs HR leadership and the Office of General Counsel while shaping firmwide policies through cross-functional collaboration.

You will monitor regulatory changes, execute audits, and translate complex regulations into practical guidance. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and advisory instincts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to interpret federal, state and local employment laws.
• Experience writing, updating and governing HR policies.
• Strong analytical and risk-assessment capabilities.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into practical HR policies and guidance.
• Lead internal HR compliance audits and risk-management initiatives.
• Manage the firm’s compliance calendar and ensure key requirements are completed on time.
• Oversee statutory reporting (EEO, VETS, OFCCP) and partner with Payroll/Benefits.
