HF Sinclair Corporation in Utah is seeking an experienced health and safety professional to lead and manage industrial safety programs across site operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee training, and coordinate emergency response planning.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage complex safety systems in a refinery setting, with travel up to 30% and field-based work.

Qualifications

• Extensive safety and IH expertise required for refinery environments.
• Certifications in Industrial Safety, Hazard Assessment, and Workers' Compensation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to perform intermediate mathematical calculations.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and provide a safe environment.
• Minimize accidents and injuries by implementing safety programs.
• Develop and oversee IH and safety training for employees and contractors.
• Manage in-plant safety equipment, permits, and regulatory documentation.
• Oversee OSHA/DOT compliance and implement safety policies across sites.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety inspections.
