Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in corporate communications.
• MS/MA preferred with 8+ years in related field.
• Strong HR communications experience within or for an HR department.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.
• Strong executive presence and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
• Manage messaging across platforms for clarity and impact.
• Develop and manage comprehensive communication plans aligned with objectives.
