Job summary

EY is seeking a senior leader to join the Government & Public Sector practice, focusing on HR operating models, organizational design, and change management across federal and state agencies. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, engage with executives, and drive performance improvements during major transformations.

You will work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment with opportunities to lead bids and shape service delivery for public sector clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately ten years of relevant work experience or a master's degree with an emphasis on organizational change, management, or human capital/HR management.
• Ten years of experience in change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery model, and HR process efficiency, with leadership of multiple teams.
• Experience in project/program management, organizational transformation, and stakeholder engagement; ability to present to executives.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Help design and implement HR operating models and organizational structures for government programs.
• Improve HR process efficiency, manage people risks, and support change efforts during large transformations.
• Advise organizations on challenges across capabilities: change management, organizational design, and HR delivery.
• Engage stakeholders and colleagues, delivering practical, insightful solutions in multidisciplinary teams.
