Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5–7 years HR experience preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive people programs.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR Partner to Booth leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Coach leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams and manage talent.
• Lead workforce planning, succession, and compensation discussions with senior leadership.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and organizational design initiatives.
• Guide organizational change and drive adoption of new processes and structures.
• Ensure compliant, equitable policy application and manage risk in labor relations.
