Job summary

Geode Health Inc. seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to be a strategic advisor to leaders across multi-site, multi-state operations, focusing on the Midwest.

You will translate business goals into people strategies, drive engagement, retention, and development, and partner with the C-suite on key initiatives. You will lead employee relations, performance management, and compliance, guiding leaders with data-driven insights while supporting workforce planning and talent development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, 5+ years as an HRBP.
• Proven experience as an HR leader in a multi-site, multi-state environment.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track record of leading employee relations investigations and performance management programs.
• Ability to lead people and influence leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Chicago, IL area, and willing to travel regularly to locations in our Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partnership with the Director, HRBP to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify people priorities and shape growth initiatives.
• Lead and mentor HR team members to improve engagement, productivity, and retention.
• Translate HR data into actionable recommendations for leaders and business outcomes.
• Lead employee relations investigations and performance management programs.
• Develop policies and procedures to reduce HR risk and ensure compliance across sites and states.
• Support workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.
