You will ensure regulatory compliance and deliver excellent Team Member experiences while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors. The role focuses on open enrollment, vendor management, and communications to attract, retain, and engage top talent through cost-effective benefit offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive benefits administration, benefits management, or total rewards experience.
• Strong knowledge of health, welfare and retirement plans and leave administration.
• Experience with multi-state, multi-site organizations.
• Understanding of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Team Member benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, wellness, voluntary benefits).
• Lead benefits department for multi-site, multi-state workforce and partner with HR teams across units.
• Act as SME on benefits matters and advise HR leadership and business partners.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, TPAs, retirement plan providers, and vendors.
• Oversee annual open enrollment, communications, education, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and maintain reporting, audits, and documentation.
