State of Vermont’s Department of Human Resources seeks an HR Business Partner III to provide guidance across agencies, including labor relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. This role offers hybrid telework with some in-person work in Montpelier and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will support multiple departments, use VTHR/PeopleSoft, and shape policy-aligned HR practices. Five years of HR experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; supervisory

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with organizational development and training.
