The Senior HR Business Partner is a new role providing regional partnership to our Chief Commercial Officer and GM, Retail and Wholesale and supporting the daily needs of the small – but growing - US team. You’ll help deliver Gymshark’s people strategy by supporting the ambitious North American growth plans across retail, wholesale, events and digital channels.
This is a high-impact generalist role requiring strategic input alongside tactical, hands-on delivery and would suit an experienced HR Partner looking to work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted role. Our plans are big and there is a lot to do to set up for success. You’ll need to be comfortable with quick decisions and changing priorities, love working in the detail and focusing people-based activities to help meet business outcomes.
The most senior HR role in the Gymshark North America, you’ll be part of a Global People team, based 3+ days a week from our new Lower Manhattan office (Greene Street) but working collaboratively with UK-based colleagues daily.
The hiring range is between $120,000 -160,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
Due to the importance of this role, you'll need to work a hybrid pattern, expecting to be based from our Gymshark office (Greene St, Lower Manhattan) at least 3-days a week.
