Job summary

Nordson Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner for its Measurement and Control Solutions Division to partner with division leadership to implement HR solutions that strengthen organization and workforce effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.

You will lead HR strategy, collaborate with CoE, and support programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent while coaching leaders on HR issues across multiple regions including US, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or HR field.
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience; people leadership a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with data analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to Division Leader and managers.
• Align HR strategy with Nordson goals and division plans.
• Build diverse, high-performing teams in a dynamic market.
• Lead HR initiatives and global projects with HR colleagues.
• Develop workforce and talent plans to meet business goals.
• Create policies and programs at division level in partnership with CoE.
