Nordson Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner for its Measurement and Control Solutions Division to partner with division leadership to implement HR solutions that strengthen organization and workforce effectiveness, talent development, and employee engagement.
You will lead HR strategy, collaborate with CoE, and support programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent while coaching leaders on HR issues across multiple regions including US, EMEA, and APAC.

The Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner for Nordson’s Measurement and Control Solutions Division will partner closely with Division Leader and other members of the division leadership team to identify, develop, and implement HR solutions to meet business needs in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development and employee engagement.
The Business Partner creates and leads HR strategy, collaborates with the Communities of Expertise (CoE), and supports HR programs to enable the company to better attract, develop and retain high-caliber employees, and serves as an internal coach to leaders and consultant on HR issues.

A Bachelor or typically in a business management and/or HR related field Approximately 5-7 years of progressive professional level human resources experience Prior people leader experience a plus
