Job summary

MMGY Global is seeking a Senior HRBP in Overland Park, KS. You will partner with leaders and employees across multiple locations, delivering practical HR solutions, investigations, and performance guidance.

The role emphasizes benefits administration, workforce planning, and organizational change while maintaining strong relationships with Leadership and HR teams. You will drive employee engagement, develop leadership, and ensure compliant HR practices across U.S.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP responsibilities.
• Strong ability to independently manage complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Experience administering health and welfare benefits and open enrollment.
• Experience supporting leave administration across multiple locations in the U.S.
• Familiarity with HR systems, analytics, and using data to inform people decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for designated leaders and employees.
• Maintain a visible HR presence in the Kansas City office and connect employees to resources.
• Advise leaders on employee matters, balancing business needs and employee experience.
• Manage complex employee relations issues and recommend next steps.
• Provide performance management guidance and support for development plans.
• Support workforce planning, succession, and organizational change initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues.
• Lead benefits administration, enrollment, and communications with Total Rewards.
