Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) in Tucson seeks an HR Business Partner to drive talent strategy and organizational effectiveness across Naval Systems & Sustainment and NAM programs. Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of related experience.
• Experience leading HR projects and/or processes such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning.
• Experience coaching people leaders through HR business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program teams to drive better decision making and changes backed by data.
• Deliver organizational effectiveness by leading leadership development, role clarity, and coaching.
• Lead a talent agenda focusing on successors, rotations, and development opportunities across programs.
• Help teams build high-performing structures using established RTX tools and processes.
• Establish credibility and influence policy and practice within Raytheon RTX units.
