Job summary

Just Born, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to our corporate leaders and leadership teams.

This role partners with functional leaders to align people priorities with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and foster an exceptional associate experience. This position offers a hybrid work model with two in-office days per week and opportunities to lead workforce planning, change management, and talent development

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with business leaders
• Experience as an HRBP/HR Manager/HR Director or similar strategic HR leadership role
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and corporate functional teams
• Experience driving organizational effectiveness initiatives, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management
• Demonstrated success coaching leaders through organizational, team, and employee-related challenges
• Experience leveraging workforce insights and people data to influence decision-making and business outcomes
• Experience collaborating across HR/People Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Advisor to Corporate Leaders: align people strategies with business objectives, coach leaders, influence decisions with insights
• Shape Organizational Capability & Effectiveness: lead workforce planning and organizational design, strengthen design and growth
• Enhance Associate Experience & Engagement: foster inclusive, supportive employee experience, analyze engagement data, ensure compliant employment practices
