The role requires partnering across schools, faculty, staff, and bargaining units, ensuring compliance with policies while driving engagement and workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 8 years' relevant HR experience.
• Master's degree and HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on employee relations, recruitment, and learning strategy.
• Provide expert coaching to managers and employees.
• Collaborate with leaders to align HR goals with business needs.
