Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience supporting leaders in complex, matrixed, high-growth or evolving organizations.
• Deep oncology industry experience required; understand talent, organizational and workforce planning challenges in scaling oncology orgs.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with executive visibility and strategic HR initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own HRBP partnership and people plan execution for assigned client groups, translating business priorities into clear talent actions.
• Advise functional leaders on people strategy, leadership practices, team effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Coach leaders on communication, feedback, performance expectations, engagement, and values-aligned decisions.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Develop trusted relationships across client groups and HR to connect leaders with needed expertise.
