Salary: USD150000 - USD175000 per year

Our client, a prominent professional services firm, seeks a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in their NYC office. The ideal candidate possesses financial or professional services HR experience, providing strategic leadership and overseeing delivery of HR programming that aligns with business goals. The ability to lead strategic workforce planning, coupled with change management and organizational design experience arealso key facets of this position. Strong analytical and data skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to champion multiple tasks with competing deadlines are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role.
