Introduction

This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively and influence change at all levels of the organization.

Job Description
What you will do :
  1. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  3. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring SymphonyAI remains an employer of choice.
  4. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights, making data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
  5. Partner with managers and leaders to identify and address workforce development needs, building a robust leadership pipeline.
  6. Oversee performance management processes, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and support employee growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
  8. Act as a change agent in driving talent strategies and organizational development initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Requirements / Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role.
  3. Experience in a technology or SaaS company is highly desirable.
  4. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  5. Demonstrated experience in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
  6. Strong proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
