Expected salary range: $91,800 to $102,000, varies based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose Of Position

Partnering with all levels of leadership within the business unit, this role aligns HR strategy with business goals, providing proactive HR guidance and support to internal clients to add value and support strategy execution. Supports assigned client groups and implements HR strategies in partnership with HR leadership, supporting business unit goals and change management processes.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  1. Champion employee engagement and workforce effectiveness initiatives in partnership with the business and HR functions.
  2. Partner with leadership to provide consultative guidance, develop, and implement plans aligned with organizational capabilities and strategy.
  3. Serve as liaison to HR specialty functions for optimal support.
  4. Lead or participate in enterprise-wide initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, HR and business transformation projects, and change management.
  5. Drive workforce and talent planning through talent pipeline assessment and strategic planning.
  6. Evaluate and resolve employee relations issues and develop strategies for trends.
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of HR operations or specialist experience in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws including EEO, ADA, and FMLA.
  • Ability to understand broader organizational and industry context.
  • Strong results orientation and ability to align HR with business needs.
  • Proven coaching and performance management skills.
  • Ability to build trust and foster culture change with clients.
  • Effective research, data collection, and analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MBA or related Master’s).
  • Professional HR certifications such as PHR or SPHR.
