Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Senior Analyst, Human Resources to support the Supply Chain portfolio in a blended HRBA and TDBA role. The position resides in Plano, TX, with travel up to 10% for site support.

The role partners with HR leadership to advise on policies, compensation, benefits, and development programs, leading talent reviews and leadership development initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in HR or related field.
• Generalist HR experience across policy, compensation, and investigations.
• Experience partnering with executives and managing HR programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for site support.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day strategic HR advisory to support Supply Chain leaders and executives.
• Lead Talent Development, succession planning, and performance management activities across the portfolio.
• Coordinate workforce planning, analytics, and HR programs; safeguard confidential information.
