You will collaborate with the HR leadership, brokers, and vendors to renewal strategies, educate employees about benefits, and manage the 401(k) program and wellness initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR, 5+ years in benefits with at least 2 in management, and strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 5+ years in benefits administration.
• Experience with multi-state hourly workforces and vendor management.
• Strong knowledge of ACA, COBRA, ERISA, FMLA regulations.
• Excellent communication and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, promotion, and renewal of benefit programs.
• Manage benefits administration, enrollment, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure ACA filings and other regulatory reporting.
• Support leadership and employees with benefit questions.
• Oversee wellness initiatives and the Movement Program.
