Qualifications

• Five (5) years of professional HR experience with recruiting and leave administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Public or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to anticipate and resolve employment issues with proactive strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment processes effectively.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA laws and accommodation processes.
• Proven collaboration skills with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze data to inform workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, conduct, monitor and oversee fair recruitment and selection processes.
• Advise on FMLA and related leave laws to ensure compliance.
• Create robust sourcing strategies and utilize job boards and social media.
• Coordinate applicant screening, testing and interview processes; train interviewers.
• Design and deliver training; develop merit-based selection materials.
• Utilize HRIS and ATS tools to manage recruitment documentation.
