Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of professional HR experience in recruitment, classification and compensation, employee and/or labor relations, benefits administration, HR operations, diversity, equity and inclusion, or personnel training; at least one year leading or supervising.
• Experience with public sector or government organizations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises subordinate staff in recruitment, examinations, employee relations, classification and compensation, HR operations, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Coordinates recruitment activities, determination of qualifications, and sources for candidate pools; oversees onboarding and salary administration.
• Prepares complex reports, trains staff, and supports compliance with laws, contracts, and regulations.
