Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Applications Analyst to support and govern enterprise HQ applications, translating business needs into technical requirements and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders across regions.

The role requires strong business analysis skills, experience with end-to-end processes (procure-to-pay, record-to-report), and fluency in English and Korean for meetings, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, business, engineering, or CS; equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Korean and English for meetings and documentation.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and end-to-end processes.
• Experience eliciting requirements, mapping processes, and coordinating testing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary functional contact for HQ-managed applications and coordinate incidents.
• Elicit and document requirements; map current-state processes; identify gaps.
• Coordinate with HQ owners and technical teams in English and Korean.
• Support changes, integrations, deployments, testing, cutover, and post-implementation.
• Define data and interface requirements; manage access controls and compliance.
• Maintain process maps, knowledge articles, and training materials.
• Monitor issues and propose improvements to applications and processes.
