Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Applications Analyst to support and govern HQ enterprise applications.

You will translate business needs into requirements, coordinate incidents and deployments, and ensure secure, well-documented systems across global teams. The role requires proficiency in English and Korean, strong analytical skills, and experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and modern collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, engineering, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, enterprise application support, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Korean and English for meetings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional liaison for HQ-managed applications; coordinate incidents, requests, access issues, defects, and escalations.
• Elicit and document business and technical requirements; map processes; identify gaps and improvements.
• Coordinate with HQ owners and global teams to align standards with local needs; communicate risks and status.
