The ideal candidate has deep HPC expertise, experience with Linux file systems (XFS, GPFS, Lustre), distributed computing, and administration of SLURM/LSF clusters. Active DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification and U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 4 support for HPC environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across HPC systems and apps
• Configure, tune, and optimize HPC file systems such as XFS, GPFS, Lustre
• Support HPC cluster environments including monitoring and failover
• Administer distributed computing frameworks like SLURM, LSF, and related tools
• Configure and maintain RedHat and SUSE Linux-based systems
• Analyze system performance and implement improvements across HPC infrastructure
• Support testing and validation of system changes and upgrades
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure reliability and performance
