Job summary

Martek Global Services seeks a Senior Facilities Management Specialist to support the DoW HPC modernization program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The role covers 24/7 facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, BAS, and data center infrastructure, with on-site responsibilities and a site address in Maryland.

A Secret (Top Secret preferred) clearance is highly desirable. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, guiding modernization efforts, coordinating vendors, and ensuring mission

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance (Top Secret preferred) or ability to obtain one.
• EPA Universal Certification and trade certifications for electrical or mechanical.
• Experience with mission-critical facilities, data centers, or high-availability environments.
• Ability to review blueprints and engineering submittals for modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for HPC and data center infrastructure in a 24/7 environment.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC, chilled water, electrical distribution, and power systems.
• Support BAS platforms (Metasys, Tracer, SiteScan) and monitor performance.
• Recommend improvements to enhance reliability, redundancy, and uptime.
