Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support strategic HPC and cloud customers across advanced computing environments. This role acts as trusted technical adviser helping design, deploy, optimize, and scale compute-intensive workloads, including large-scale AI/ML training and simulations.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Cloud Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer).
• Hands-on with cloud, infrastructure, HPC, or GPU-based computing environments.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for IaC.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot across infrastructure, platform, and workload layers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for strategic customers.
• Troubleshoot HPC, cloud, infrastructure, and AI/ML workloads.
• Guide customers on performance optimization for ML training and GPU workloads.
• Deliver architecture discussions, demos, and product roadmaps alignment.
• Collaborate with sales to identify growth in strategic accounts.
• Promote platform capabilities and capture customer feedback.
