Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Senior HPC and AI Cluster Administrator to build and operate large-scale HPC/AI clusters for government-related projects. You will collaborate with researchers, developers, and customers to optimize workflows and scale performance platforms.

You will design, deploy, and maintain HPC/AI environments, manage AI job workflows with Kubernetes and Slurm, and support CI/CD pipelines across bare metal to software stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience
• Knowledge of HPC and AI solution technologies including hardware, hypervisors, CPU and GPU
• Experience with job scheduling workloads and orchestration tools such as Slurm and Kubernetes
• Excellent knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu) networking, ACLs, OS security, and common protocols (TCP, DHCP, DNS)
• Experience with storage solutions such as Lustre, GPFS, ZFS, XFS
• Familiarity with new storage technologies
• Automation and configuration management with Python, Bash, Gitops workflows
• Knowledge of InfiniBand/Ethernet networking
• Experience with private cloud platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and public cloud (AWS, Azure)
